We’re excited to inform you that we have introduced a new and improved Order Management PANEL to make your experience with CrosCrow smoother, faster, and more efficient.

With this update, you can now:

• Process and ship orders directly just like Shopify


• Automatically update tracking details without manual intervention


• Manage all your orders seamlessly from a single dashboard

 

This upgrade is designed to reduce delays, eliminate manual errors, and streamline the entire fulfillment process for both brands and customers.

📦 New Fulfillment Clause (Effective Immediately) from 13th april 2026

To ensure a consistent and reliable customer experience across the platform, we are introducing a new fulfillment policy:

• All confirmed, prepaid, or partially paid orders must be fulfilled within 48 hours


• In case of any delay, the brand must inform the CrosCrow team with a valid reason within this timeframe


• Failure to fulfill the order within 48 hours OR inform about the delay will result in a penalty of ₹200 (including GST) per order

⚠️ Additional Clause (Strict Enforcement)

• If an order is not fulfilled within 7 days, stricter penalties will be applied


• CrosCrow will charge either the full commission or the applicable penalty — whichever is higher


• This applies even if the order is marked as RTO or remains unshipped without prior intimation

⚠️ Important Clarification (Penalty Avoidance)

• Its not like Penalties are unavoidable


• If you are unable to fulfill an order within 48 hours, you must inform the CrosCrow team within this timeframe via group or call


• Failure to inform within 48 hours will leave no scope for penalty reversal or exception


• CrosCrow reserves the full right to deduct the penalty amount from prepaid orders or monthly settlements
