At Croscrow, we work hard to ensure that your orders reach you quickly, safely, and smoothly. Our goal is to provide a hassle-free delivery experience from the moment you place an order to the moment it reaches your doorstep.

🚚 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday to Saturday).

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details.

We deliver to all major cities, towns, and pin codes across India.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 6–10 business days

Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your location, courier delays, weather, or external factors.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

If you allow COD, add this:

  • COD is available on select pin codes.

  • A small COD fee or Partial Payment may be applicable.

🚫 Non-Delivery / Missed Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver:

  • They will attempt 2–3 re-deliveries

  • They may also contact you for coordination

  • After repeated failed attempts, the package may be returned to us

🌍 International Shipping

If you ship worldwide, say:

  • Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery timelines vary by country.

📮 Wrong Address / Incomplete Address

Please provide the correct and complete address while placing the order.
Croscrow will not be responsible for:
