Our Return Policy Time Limit:

You have 4 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement. Condition of Items: To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached. Damaged Products: We only accept requests for replacements if the product is damaged during transit. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues. We do not provide returns if the customer is dissatisfied with the appearance of the product. If you still wish to receive a refund, you may send the product back manually, or we can arrange a pickup for you. Please note that delivery charges will apply in such cases and will be deducted from the refund amount. No Returns for Appearance: Please note that we do not accept returns if the customer is dissatisfied with the appearance of the item. We strive to provide detailed descriptions and images to help you make an informed decision before purchasing. Cancellations made before shipping the product will get a refund without any charges. Cancellations made after the shipping will incur a handling fee of 200.
