All made to order products are non-returnable.
Returns applicable only in case if you have received a damaged product. Such issues should be notified to us via email within 7 days after receiving the order.
FOR (T-SHIRTS, JERSEYS, JEWELLERY):
These are (Ready-made) items
If you feel that the product is too Big or Small ( Please note that all of our products are made to fit in an oversized way so before making a purchase refer to the size chart properly). Please notify us via email within 7 days after receiving the order.
We will try to initiate an exchange for sizing related issue. (Solely dependent on availability of stock).
Once the exchange is confirmed by our customer support team, We will initiate the reverse pickup of the products, once returned to origin, we will ship the new product back to the customer.
(Shipping cost for exchange orders need to be borne by the customer.)
Refunds
If you receive a faulty or defective product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned item, we will conduct an inspection. Depending on stock availability, we will either initiate an exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
