EASY 7-DAY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges must be requested from your Hymns Wear user account within 7 days of delivery.
Returns are issued as store credit. A pickup will be arranged and ₹100 will be deducted from the store credit to cover pickup.
Store credit will be issued within 2–3 business days after product pickup.
Eligibility
Requests must be made from your user account within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be in original, unwashed condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.
We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges if items appear used, washed, damaged, or spoiled (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).
Defective, Wrong, or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, wrong, or damaged item, upload video of unboxing and order details through your user account or email croscrowteam@gmail.com . Our Customer Experience team will assist and we will not charge the standard return fee when the issue is our fault.
Sale & Clearance Items
Items purchased during clearance or exclusive sale events are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except when you receive the wrong or a defective product.
Hymns Wear reserves the right to modify, extend, or discontinue sale prices at any time. Price adjustments will not be made after purchase.
Single-Exchange Rule
A product may be exchanged only once.
Pickup, Return Shipment & Reverse Pickup Availability
We will attempt pickup once. If the pickup attempt fails due to logistic constraints or your area is not serviceable, you must return the product to our address. Return shipping costs in that case must be borne by the customer, as per Indian consumer law.
Reverse pickup service availability depends on your PIN code.
