Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer an exchange option under the following conditions:
Exchanges must be requested within 3 working days from the date of delivery.
The product must be:
Unworn and unused
Free from sweat, stains, and body odour
In its original condition with hang tags attached
Customers are required to bear the delivery charges for both sides (to and from), as per the actual delivery costs.
Once we receive the product, it will go through a quality check. After approval, we will dispatch the replacement item.
Return Policy
Return Window – You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Condition of Product – The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags intact.
Returns will not be accepted if the product is found to be worn, has stains, or carries any sweaty/strong odor.
Return Charges – Return pickup charges will be borne by the customer. The applicable amount will be deducted from the refund.
Refund Process – Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 24 hours to your original payment method.
Right to Cancel Return – We reserve the right to reject/cancel the return if the product does not meet the above conditions.
