General Policy
Returns Accepted Only for Errors
We do not accept returns unless ATYPICAL has made an error, such as sending the wrong product or size.
Exchange Policy
If ATYPICAL makes a mistake with your order, we will exchange the product at no additional cost. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, you may choose a refund:
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be added to your ATYPICAL customer credit account.
Return and Refund Conditions
Customer-Specific Returns
If the product was delivered as ordered and per your specifications, returns are not accepted. Any approved returns will have a royalty fee deducted, and the refund will only be credited to your ATYPICAL customer credit account.
Return Shipping Costs
ATYPICAL Error: We will cover the return shipping cost.
Customer Requests (Non-Error): You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Processing Timeline
Refunds or credits will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
Exchanges will be initiated once the return is confirmed.
