General Terms
Customers who have previously rejected Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be blacklisted from placing future COD orders.
Products purchased during sale or clearance events are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
For fresh orders, customers must arrange the return shipment themselves and share a valid tracking ID. Once we receive the returned item, the replacement shipment will be handled by the company.
Partial COD Payment
We offer Partial COD, where customers pay ₹199 upfront for 1 item or ₹399 upfront for 2 items at the time of order confirmation as an advance.
The rest of the amount is paid in cash upon delivery of the order.
This partial payment helps secure your order and minimize cancellations.
Please note: If you cancel, refuse, return, or exchange the order, the 13% advance payment is non-refundable.
We encourage customers to carefully consider before opting for Partial COD, as cancellations, refusals, returns, or exchanges will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.
Cancellations and Returns
Cancellations and refunds are applicable only if the product received is damaged due to an error on our part.
Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order and provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage.
Upon approval and receipt of the returned item, a refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
Return Eligibility
Returns will only be processed if the required replacement size is available. Return requests will not be accepted if the replacement size is out of stock.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags intact and in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are marked as final sale.
For hygiene reasons, used or tampered items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued only in the form of store credit, unless the return is due to a defect or damage caused from our end.
Store credit will be processed within 48 hours of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
If the same product is not available for replacement, a refund to the original payment method will be initiated within 3 working days after inspection, and may take an additional 3 working days to reflect in your account.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping, unless the return is due to a product defect or damage caused by us.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
