Defective or Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund for the affected item. Please note that photographic evidence may be required to process your claim.
Exchange Policy: We understand that ordering clothing online can sometimes result in the wrong size or fit. While we do not offer returns for size or fit issues, we allow Exchange and the customer has to contact us within 3 days of receiving the order and bear Rs.200 shipping charges.
