SICOS Return & Exchange Policy

At SICOS, we are committed to delivering premium quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange policy under the following terms:

Exchange Window

  Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
  

Exchange Fee

• 
  A ₹199 fee will be charged for exchanges.
  
• 
  This fee covers reverse pickup and reshipping costs.
  

Return Policy

• We do accept returns till 7 days
  
• Returns fees will be charged according to the location or if you ship on your own its no fee will be there.
  

Non-Exchangeable Items

• 
  Items purchased on sale or during special promotions may not be eligible for exchange.
  
• 
  Damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof.
  

To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and request details.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided directly to the original payment method. For approved returns, the refund amount will be issued only as Store Credits, which can be used for future purchases on CROSCROW.

Store credits will be issued after the returned product is received and passes our quality check.
