1. No Returns

2. Exchanges
We offerΒ size exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:

β’Β Product must beΒ unused, unworn, unwashed, and withΒ all original tags and packaging

3. Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory for Any Claim)
To raiseΒ any complaint, request, or claim, you MUST provide:
AΒ clear unboxing videoΒ showing:
1.Β The sealed package
2.Β The shipping labelΒ with address visible
3.Β The parcel being openedΒ in one continuous shot
4.Β The product clearly shown inside the packaging
Important notes:
β’Β The video must be takenΒ before opening and removing tags
β’Β Screenshots or broken clips areΒ not accepted
β’Β If you fail to provide the proper unboxing video β
No exchange, refund, or claim will be accepted.
No exceptions.
This rule protects both customer and brand from fraudulent or false claims.

4. When Exchange Is Not Possible
If the requested size/product isΒ out of stock, we provideΒ Store CreditΒ equal to the product price.

5. Refunds
Refunds are offeredΒ only when the issue is from our side, such as:
