FOR MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS (DENIMS & JORTS): All made to order products are non-returnable. Returns applicable only in case if you have received a damaged product. Such issues should be notified to us via email within 7 days after receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and in its original packaging. Once the return is confirmed by our customer support team, we will arrange the reverse pickup of Products within 7 days of receiving the request. FOR READY MADE PRODUCTS (T-SHIRTS): Exceptions / (Ready-made) items If you feel that the product is too Big or Small ( Please note that all of our products are made to fit in an oversized way so before making a purchase refer to the size chart properly). Please notify us via email within 7 days after receiving the order. We will try to initiate an exchange for sizing related issue. (Solely dependent on availability of stock). Once the exchange is confirmed by our customer support team, The customer would have to arrange the reverse pickup of Products and share the tracking details within 3 days of receiving the request. (Shipping cost for exchange orders need to be borne by the customer.) Refunds We provide refunds exclusively in the form of store credit. If you receive a faulty or defective product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned item, we will conduct an inspection. Depending on stock availability, we will either initiate an exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
