FALLEN ANGEL TSHIRT

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY

At Lost Artifacts, we want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help. Please review the guidelines below regarding returns, exchanges, and store credits.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To initiate a return, the item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged — with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Items returned without original tags, packaging, or showing signs of wear may be rejected.

Products should be packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.

EXCHANGES

We offer one complimentary size exchange per order within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

To qualify for a size exchange:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• The requested size must be available in stock.

If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Size exchanges are only applicable to full-priced products unless otherwise stated.

RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

We accept returns for:

• Defective products
• Damaged products
• Incorrect items shipped
• Products significantly different from the product description

Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a credit note sent to your registered email address.

Store credit can be redeemed exclusively and remains valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method unless required by applicable law.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Minor color variations caused by screen settings or photography
• Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Products missing original tags or packaging
• Duplicate orders placed by the customer
• Sale items, promotional items, or limited-edition drops marked as Final Sale
• Headwear and select accessories due to hygiene considerations

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery

To help us investigate claims efficiently, we strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video from the sealed package through to the product inspection. Supporting photographs may also be requested by our customer support team.

Claims submitted after the reporting period may not be eligible for review.

RETURN SHIPPING

For approved returns resulting from a verified fault on our part, return shipping assistance may be provided at our discretion.

For all other approved returns or exchanges, customers may be required to ship the item back to us using a reliable courier service.

Lost Artifacts is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely dispatch.

While we will do our best to accommodate requests, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Orders placed during sales, promotional events, or limited-edition releases may not be eligible for cancellation.

PRODUCT QUALITY & COLOR ACCURACY

Every product undergoes quality inspection before dispatch.

Minor variations in fabric texture, print placement, stitching, or color tone may occur due to manufacturing and production processes and are not considered defects.

While we strive to display product colors as accurately as possible, actual colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and device displays.

PRODUCT CARE

To maintain the quality and longevity of your garment:

• Professional dry cleaning is recommended.
• For select cotton garments, gentle hand washing at 30°C may be used.
• Wash garments inside out.
• Do not wring or tumble dry.
• Iron or steam on the reverse side using low heat.

Damage resulting from improper garment care is not covered under this policy.
