Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

• The product received is damaged or defective.
• The product does not match the selected size or color.

⚠️ Return Handling Fee: A ₹250 processing charge will be applied to all approved return requests to cover handling and logistics.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following situations:

• The product matches the exact order specifications (correct size and color) and is not damaged.
• Returns due to change of mind or personal preference.

Return Process

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

1. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order by emailing croscrowteam@gmail.com.
2. Include your order details, clear product photos, and a brief description of the issue.
3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label or instructions.
4. A ₹250 return processing fee must be paid before the return is initiated

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued only for approved returns after the returned product is received and inspected.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of return approval.
• The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.

⚠️ Refund Deduction: A ₹250 refund processing fee will be deducted from the total refundable amount.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are permitted only in the event of a verified size or product mismatch.
• After verifying the issue, we will arrange for the exchange of the correct item.
• A ₹250 exchange handling fee is applicable and must be paid before the exchange is processed.
