At Ogcrew, we take great pride in offering premium, luxury clothing. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Please read our return and refund policy below for more information.
Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Customized" are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
- Domestic Returns: We offer complimentary return shipping for all domestic orders.
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for international orders. Please ensure the return is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at croscrowteam@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
