At Nineteen o Four, we create small-batch, limited-run styles—each piece is carefully made and quality-checked. As a result, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the item is damaged or defective. However, we do offer exchanges for size-related issues. Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns & Refunds
We do not offer refunds or general returns as part of our brand policy. Returns are only accepted if:
● The product received is damaged in transit, or
● There is a verified manufacturing defect.
To raise such a request, email us at croscrowteam@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
● Your Order ID
● Clear photos of the issue
● A brief description of the defect
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit. Refunds are processed only in rare cases where a replacement is not possible.
Size Exchange Policy
We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. We offer size exchanges only (no refunds or style swaps) under the following conditions:
● The exchange request is raised within 7 days of delivery
● The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact
● The requested size is available in stock
If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit valid for 6 months.
What’s Not Eligible
● Worn, washed, or altered products
● Products without original packaging or tags
● Items returned without prior communication
● Bodysuits, accessories, or items marked as final sale
We reserve the right to reject any item that does not meet our return/exchange criteria.
Shipping for Exchanges
● If the exchange is due to a fault on our end (e.g., incorrect size sent or damaged product), we will cover the reverse shipping costs.
● For voluntary size exchanges, customers may be required to bear the shipping costs for returning the product.
