All pre-orders are final and non-refundable. When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is made or stocked specifically for you. As such, we do not offer cancellations or refunds on pre-order items.
However, exchanges are possible for a different size , subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Β Return Policy
You have 3 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition:Β The item must be in the same condition you received itβunworn or unused, with all original tags attached except for non-returnable made-to-order products.
- Packaging:Β Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase:Β A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Note:Β Products purchased on sale are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
- Additionally, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Exchange Policy
1.Β Β Β Β Β Β Eligibility for Exchange:Β Products can be exchanged within 2-3 business days of receiving your order, subject to stock availability.
2.Β Β Β Β Β Β Condition of Items:Β To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original conditionβunworn, unused, and with all tags attached.
4.Β Β Β Β Β Β Stock Availability:Β Exchanges are contingent upon the availability of the desired item in stock. If the item is unavailable, we will provide alternative options. A reverse shipment fee of βΉ100 will be applicable for all exchange shipments.
In case your pincode is non-serviceable by our delivery partners and you need to ship the product back manually, no additional charges are payable to us.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you find any item to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us atΒ croscrowteam@gmail..comΒ or WhatsApp support within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include proof of the issue, such as an unboxing or unpacking video, along with clear photos of the product. Our team will evaluate the case and ensure a prompt resolution.
Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions regarding specific items, please contact us.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the item you have and, once accepted, place a separate order for the new item. This process allows for faster processing and availability.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to you as store credit eligible for one year within 10 business days, and a Rs100 delivery charge will be deducted. Please note that it may take additional time if there's a weekend or festive holiday.
