Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy
At Teeside, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. We now offer both returns and exchanges for size or defective pieces withinΒ 5 daysΒ of your original purchase. Please review the details of our policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
β’ Β Β Items are eligible for return or exchange if they are in theirΒ original condition, withΒ all tags and labels attached, and haveΒ not been washed, worn, altered, or damaged.
β’ Β Β All purchases made during promotional sales are final and will not be eligible for exchange or return.
2. Return & Exchange Process:

β’ Β Β For partial order cancellations or Return-to-Origin (RTO), the partial order fee will not be refunded.

4. Availability of Size (For Exchanges):
β’ Β Β Exchanges areΒ subject to size availability. If the size you need is out of stock, we will issueΒ store creditΒ for future purchases.
5. Quality Check:
β’ Β Β Upon receiving the returned item at our warehouse, it will undergo aΒ quality checkΒ to determine eligibility for return or exchange. You will be notified via email of theΒ approval or rejection.
6. Time Frame for Returns & Exchanges:
β’ Β Β Once we receive the returned item and itΒ passes inspection, we will process the return or exchange withinΒ 3-5 business days.
β’ Β Β The exchanged item or refund (if applicable) will be processed and shipped back via ourΒ standard shipping method.
7. Exchange & Return Limitations:
β’ Β Β We allow only one exchange request per product. Once an exchange has been processed, further return or exchange requests for that item will not be accepted.
8. Shipping Responsibility:

9. Cancellation:

β’ Β Β If the product has already beenΒ dispatched, the orderΒ cannot be cancelled. In this case, the customer must accept the delivery and thenΒ raise a return request.
