• Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Note: Products purchased on sale are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you find any item to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at croscrowteam@gmail.com or WhatsApp support within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include proof of the issue, such as an unboxing or unpacking video, along with clear photos of the product. Our team will evaluate the case and ensure a prompt resolution.

Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions regarding specific items, please contact us.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the item you have and, once accepted, place a separate order for the new item. This process allows for faster processing and availability.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to you as store credit eligible for one year within 10 business days, and a Rs100 delivery charge will be deducted. Please note that it may take additional time if there's a weekend or festive holiday.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, and products purchased on sale are non-refundable, please reach out to us at croscrowteam@gmail.com.
