POLICY ACCEPTANCE
By initiating a request for return or exchange on theย Skull Bros.ย website (www.skullbros.in), you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this policy without modification.
RETURN PERIOD AND CHARGES
You can initiate a return request withinย 3 daysย from the date of delivery.
Aย logistics fee of โน100ย will be deducted per return request to cover reverse shipping and handling costs.
REFUNDS
Cash On Delivery Orders:ย The refund will be provided asย Store Credit Onlyย valid for 3 monthsย at our online store www.skullbros.in.
Theย logistics fee of โน100ย will be deducted from the order refund amount.
Any Cash on Deliveryย charges applied at the time of order placement will not be refunded.
Prepaid Orders:ย The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
Theย logistics fee of โน100ย will be deducted from the order refund amount.ย
EXCHANGEย PERIOD AND CHARGES
You can initiate an exchange request withinย 7 daysย from the date of delivery.
Aย logistics fee of โน100ย will be deducted per exchange request to cover reverse shipping and handling costs.
Exchanges are accepted for size or, if the original size is unavailable, for another product of equal or higher value (with the difference paid by the customer), subject to stock availability.
Limit:ย Onlyย One (1) exchangeย is possible per product/order. Subsequent requests for the same item will not be accepted.
MANDATORY CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All products must satisfy the following mandatory conditions to be eligible for a return or exchange:
Condition:ย The product must beย unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
Packaging:ย Original brandย tags, packaging material, and accompanying accessoriesย must be intact and not altered, damaged, or discarded.
Inspection:ย There should be no foul odour, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears, or signs of having been clearly worn on the product.
Sets:ย Products purchased as a set (e.g., tracksuits) must be returned or exchanged as theย complete set.
Quality Check:ย We reserve the right to reject any request if the product does not satisfy the aforementioned conditions upon reaching our warehouse. Items failing the quality check will be sent back to the customer, and no refund/exchange will be processed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGESย PROCESS
Initiation:ย Requests must be initiated via email at contactskullbros@gmail.com orย whatsapp on +919821228180ย with your order number and product pictures / video with attached tags.
Approval:ย Our team will guide you through the process withinย 24-48 hoursย of receiving your request which may include a video call for validating the product.
Reverse Pickup:ย Reverse pickup will be arranged by our logistics partners where the service is available (serviceable pin codes).
Self-Shipment:ย If reverse pickup is not available at your pincode. You will be required to self-ship the item(s) to our warehouseย at Skull Bros By Brand Out Ventures, Unit 250, 2nd Floor, Baba Chitru Commercial Complex, Wazirabad, Sector 52, Gurugram, 122003.
Processing:ย Once the product is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.
Exchanges:ย Will be dispatched withinย 2 - 3 business daysย (monday - friday) post receiving the product at our warehouse and inspection approval.
Refunds:ย Will be processed within 4 - 5ย business daysย (monday - friday) of post receiving the product at our warehouse and inspection approval.
EXCEPTIONS AND SPECIAL CASES
Defective or Wrong Items:ย If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately and share video/photographs withinย 24 hoursย of delivery via email.
Order Cancellations:ย Orders can be cancelledย before dispatch. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery under the standard Return Policy.
Sale/Promotional Items:ย Products purchased under a sale, clearance, or specific promotion will be clearly marked asย No Returns / No Exchanges.ย All sales are final.
