Exchange, Return, Refund & PCOD Policy
At CLTR Studios, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read the following policies carefully before placing an order.
RETURN POLICY
Final Sales
All sales are final, except in the case ofΒ faulty productsΒ orΒ print errors.
Faulty Products
If you receive a defective item, please contact us withinΒ 2 daysΒ of delivery with clear photos/videos of the defect along with your order details.
Print Errors
Print-related issues must be reported withinΒ 2 days, supported with images and order details.
Clearance Items
All items marked asΒ clearance saleΒ areΒ final saleΒ and areΒ not eligibleΒ for return or exchange.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Exchanges are valid forΒ 3 daysΒ from the date of delivery.
- Items must beΒ unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags intact and inΒ original packaging.
- For exchanges, the customer is required to ship the item back to us, and a re-shipping fee will be applicable for sending the new item.Β
- Exchanges areΒ not availableΒ for sizeΒ XXL.
- Clearance sale items areΒ not eligibleΒ for exchange.
- To request an exchange, email us atΒ croscrowteam@gmail.comOur team will respond withinΒ 24 hours.
REFUND POLICY
- All refunds are issuedΒ as store credit only.
PCOD (PARTIAL CASH ON DELIVERY) POLICY
- The upfront Partial COD amount isΒ non-refundable, unless the customer requests cancellation withinΒ 6 hoursΒ of placing the order.
- If a Partial COD order is returned after courier attempts fail, the upfront amount will be used to coverΒ shipping and return costs.
ORDER UNDELIVERED POLICY
If your order shows anΒ undeliveredΒ status, please contact us within the firstΒ two failed delivery attempts. (Couriers make a total ofΒ three attemptsΒ per order.)
If the order is returned after all delivery attempts:
- Prepaid Orders:Β Refund will be issued asΒ store credit, after deducting two-way shipping expenses.
- Partial COD Orders:Β No refund will be issued. The upfront amount will be used to cover two-way shipping expenses.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages due toΒ incorrect or incomplete addressesΒ provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned for any reason (including delivery refusal), customers must pay forΒ pickup + re-shippingΒ charges.
- Size exchanges or returns not resulting from our error are theΒ customerβs responsibility.
- Store credit is non-refundable and can be used on future orders.
